Returns and exchanges
If for some reason the product does not fit you, you can always let us know. If the size doesn't fit you or there are other nuances that affect your impression of the product, we are always ready to help you, adjust the product to your parameters, change the item to a different size or color. You only need to let us know via email SAYYA.SALES@GMAIL.COM or via phone number +38 (067) 304 08 04.
According to the Law of Ukraine "On consumer protection", Article 9, the buyer has the right to refuse the product or exchange it within 14 days after receipt, provided that the store manager is notified of the desire to exchange or return the order within 3 business days by email via SAYYA.SALES@GMAIL.COM or via phone number +38 (067) 304 08 04.
If there is no product that you want to exchange or product of a different size or color, the brand returns the order amount to the buyer. Return delivery of the order is paid for by the buyer. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the product does not meet our standards.
EXCHANGE AND REFUND ARE NOT POSSIBLE FOR:
- Products that have visible signs of use
- Products without original packaging
- Products that were used for photo and video content without the brand's consent.
Cases not covered by this Delivery and return policy; such issues are resolved individually through negotiations between the parties. Refunds to the buyer are made in the same way as the payment was made or by agreement of the parties. The refund is made within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product by the SAYYA brand.
